Rebuilding a Broken World from the Ground Up

Because of man’s sheer selfishness, incessant greed, excessive desires and misguided ambitions that drive them to commit atrocious actions that are deplorable and abhorrent, the seeds of discord, hate and misery are sown deep in the hearts and minds of people where they grow like a ravenous beast. Instead of using funds and government grant for sme to help people get back on their feet and change their life for the better, the captains of industry, egotistic politicians and indifferent one percenters use their power, clout and influence to fulfil their ulterior motives and selfish desires. While the rich are getting richer by the minute as they fatten their bank accounts and add more digits to their net worth, the poor people belonging to marginalized communities are wallowing in poverty and despair because they are not given a fair shake and fighting chance in life.
This injustice should be rectified and amended immediately because the volatile and horrendous mixture of inequality, bigotry, prejudice, wars, hatred and callous disregard for the value of human life is a ticking time bomb that will destroy life as we know it and render our hopes for the future bleak and desolate. But the night is darkest before the dawn and everything is not yet too late to mend the folly of our ways, fix our mistakes and make the world a better place for the sake of the children and the next generations to come. As Rage Against the Machine admonished in Guerrilla Radio, it has to start somewhere and it has to start some time. What better place than here? What better time than now?
With that said, aside from doling out government funding for sme for projects that are specifically designed to address pressing national concerns, here are some ways for people to do their own part in rebuilding a broken world from the ground up.
Hit the Books and Stay in School
The future rests squarely in the hands of the youth because they are the next leaders and pillars of society who can either lift us up to a Renaissance of sorts or send us back to the fiery depths of hell. Therefore, it is imperative that all the children around the world should be sent to school where they can get quality education from teachers, professors and other academic guardians who will give them the guidance that they need to become well-rounded, competent and motivated individuals once they graduate and leave the four walls of the academe.
Go Clean and Green
Instead of focusing on the stacks of green bucks that they have on their wallets and bank accounts, people should prioritize, respect and protect the green beauty of Mother Nature. Protecting the environment and conserving our natural resources will help struggling countries heal from the wounds of war, pollution and other atrocious acts that threaten to destroy planet earth because it will be just a barren and lifeless rock in deep space if people continue with their disappointing ways.
Make Love, Not War
World peace might be a long shot and a pipe dream for pessimists and cynics but nothing is impossible if we all put our hands, minds and hearts together. Aside from education and environmental protection, spreading sme grants in Singapore that aim to unite people under one banner for a mutually beneficial cause will surely lead to the greater good of humanity.

How SMEs Are Supported Around the World

Any wise country who would like to sustain its economic growth will always bank on the budding SMEs (small and medium enterprises) to make sure that business and trade of the nation will remain dynamic. In fact, some of the most powerful economies around the world believe that providing funding and financial aids to start up businesses is one of the keys to boost the economy while also promoting greater innovation in different sectors. The World Economic forum for instance listed 3 Asian nations in 2013 who seem to lead the way in terms of providing grants for sme in their respective nations namely Israel, Korea, and Japan. “Whoever said that the future of economic power is in Asia, sure had a good basis for saying so,” said economist William Perry. “It is good for a nation to support its start up businesses because competition prompts business owners to improve their products. And with this, research and development should always be supported,” he further added. In c
